1. Cottages are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated
by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. No pets are allowed at either of the two properties.
3. Pwllderi-Cottages do not operate a cancellation insurance scheme and therefore
the responsibility lies with the Hirer. If, after paying the deposit a cancellation
is made every effort will be made to re-hire that week/s. If this is successful then
the deposit paid will be refunded in full. If this is not achieved then the deposit
will be forfeited.
4. One bath and one towel each is provided at each of the properties together with
tea towels.
5. A hamper of local produce is provided for each booking together with fresh flowers.
6. Electricity and heating is charged according to the booking form. This is paid
on the day of departure in cash or cheque.
7. The balance must be paid between 6 and 8 weeks before the commencement of the
holiday.
8. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the holiday then
payment must be made in full and returned with the booking form.. Please see booking

9. The Owner agrees to provide the property in a good state of repair and condition
and furnished and equipped to a good and proper standard.
10. The Owner agrees to rectify as quickly as possible any problems which arise with
the property during the hiring.
11. The Hirer agrees to leave the property in a clean condition and to report any
breakages/damage before departure.
12. The Hirer agrees not to allow more occupants than stated on the booking form
to stay at the property (this is in breach of current insurance provisions).
